Muzicly Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to Muzicly! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Muzicly mobile application ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

6. User-Generated Content

You may have the ability to upload, post, or share content, such as music, videos, or comments ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Muzicly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the content in connection with the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content, and you represent that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to share the content.
• The content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
• The content does not contain harmful or malicious code, or violate any laws.

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may include links to or integrations with third-party services, such as social media platforms, music streaming services, or payment processors. Muzicly is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of these third-party services. You are responsible for reviewing the terms and conditions of any third-party services you use in connection with the App.

9. Termination

In no event shall our liability for direct damages exceed the amount you have paid to use the App, or $100, whichever is greater.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Muzicly, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
