i. You can view any new requests under the Unanswered Requests box

ii. As an artist you get 5mins to action an incoming request. Requests get auto denied after 5mins.

c. Accepting/rejecting requests

i. Swipe right to accept request & swipe left to deny a request.

ii. After accepting a request, an artist gets 15mins to complete it.

iii. Artist has the option of extending the request by 5 mins for upto 2 times. Post that, the request will be auto timed-out.

iv. Post playing a customer request, artist to mark a request as complete to complete the loop with the customer.
